I know you hate my rants, but hear this! Lol

As mentioned before that in New Zealand the mortality rate for covid is less than 0.4%. Why is that one wonders? Do they natural immunity? In the last wave, their mortality rate is way lower. there have been some 7,000 cases of Delta and precisely 2 deaths. Hmmmm…they were only around 30% vaxxed when it hit and that has risen to above 55% okay following this? Keep track!
What about African countries? South Africa is reporting 21 deaths per day in a population of some 60,000,000. LOW and this is poor Africa we are talking about!

So what’s the common denominator with these cases? These countries are using therapeutics. The same therapeutics the American doctors have been instructed to deny their patients. SICK!

It also be pointed point out that the majority of those low deaths are among the elderly and folks with comorbidities. Severely compromised!

Therapeutics is the answer to the way out of this. It has been the answer all along and will continue to be going forward. It’s just disgusting that our own country won’t allow us the proper treatment and is forcing a bogus vaccine on its people.

Thinking that there is a fundamental difference between “believing in the jab” and believing that the mandates are a good option.

one can certainly be “pro vax”
… and be “anti mandate”

 

1. The ruling only applies to the 5th Circuit (Texas Louisiana and Mississippi).

2. The ruling is that OSHA can't mandate vaccines. Legal precedent says they can't and neither can the Federal government. The Supreme Court seem to be o.k. with states or employers mandating vaccines though.

3. Typically, the Supreme Court won't jump in until some of the other Circuit Courts make contrary rulings. That will take a few months. It will probably be an Obama appointee in a Circuit that's more friendly to the Brandon administration that goes next - I'm thinking the 9th Circuit.

4. While the main issue (Can the Federal government mandate a vaccine) is probably DOA there are dozens of other details that will play out over the next year that will be just as ugly. While a state can mandate vaccines for their citizens, do they have the right to interfere with interstate commerce by demanding truck drivers show proof of vaccination to enter their state? Will the collapse of the supply chain, inflation, fuel shortages or the mandatory dyeing of white school children's skin black force the population to rise up and take the Fascists out Mussolini-style before that happens?
