    Im not knocking his advise. Thats what I came here for. Being driver 2013 driver of the year and a trainer im sure he would agree that Enviorment ( one of the 7 keys ) is important. All I am asking is how to make this enviornment safe enough to continue.

    Thankyou all for the advice. Things have worked out. I had a long talk with my former teammate and told him all the things I think he needs to work on. I hope that him getting his own truck solo for a bit motivates him to become self relient and a better driver. He has the potential he just needs to focus and put what he has been taught to use.
