I was going to say...
I see nothing but very new trucks for Maverick. Not so much for SNI. Very not so much!
Maverick also has a Glass flatbed division, correct? At a bit more money than box.

Yeah the only bunk thing about the Glass Division, is that they do not hire for that position in my area.

Maybe you folks did not notice the mention of his service to our nation?
I'm proud of him, not so much some others... Or did I miss something?
MikeeeeJNaum Thanks this. -
well thank you sir, I surely do appreciate your support the troops. I am either lookin into the Maverick TCD or the Maverick Flatbed Division.

Ask one of the Maverick drivers on this thread if they get a referral bonus for referrals.
Getting a referral might get you bumped up on the list of new hires!
Sometimes referring drivers even split the bonus with the new driver.
MikeeeeJNaum Thanks this. -
ah mk nice, yeah I have been hearing great things about the TCD

From one Vet to a future one: Maverick.
I worked for SNBC (tank division) of Schneider in the 1990's. Back then, Don Schneider (and other family members), was still working there. The company is now run by outsiders. It is NOT the same company I worked for back then. Schneider doesn't suck, but they do take a lot of crappy freight runs.
As for Maverick, I am currently considering working for them. My wife and I are in process of moving to north Texas. You have the ability to chose what division you would like to work with. As a matter of fact, there is a connection between the two companies. Maverick bought the "Glass Rack" business from Schneider. Maverick is making more money with it than Schneider ever did.JNaum Thanks this. -
Ah ok thank you and also thank ya for your service seawind

As a former Schneider driver who recently quit to work for Maverick I'm going to tell you Maverick is the better choice. Go look at my thread which was mentioned earlier if you need to know what to expect. You can also ask any questions you have about either company and I'll do my best to either answer them or find out for you.
