Which is what I said above. You obviously didnt read my post. Off to ignore you go....I have a short fuse these days with a lot of crap going on so you and 4 others go on ignore for posting stupidity.
There is no wrong place wrong time to be non professional. A professional knows the speed limit and abides, a professional knows which lanes are ok to be in and abides. Such a wonderful prize to attain from your hard work. I am so curious why professional drivers risk not only their own lives, but also the public around them by speeding and using restricted lanes to get ahead of the pack. Surely it can't be to pick up an extra $100 bucks that day? But now you've lost your job because of it and have to take a lesser paying job.
No, you are blackballed for three years. If you wreck it's acceptable though. One rollover is fine. But if you have a light out, an unsecured fire extinguisher, or a flat tire forget about driving for three years. Not sure why there is so much misinformation out there on this in 2020 as well as 2010..
Are you going to be foolish enough to reenter the trucking business once your three years is up or did you decide to take a few courses to enter a new career field?
Let me correct you on this, moving violations are consistently acceptable at 2 or 3 to land a job, however if you are put out of service for a flat tire or a blinker was out you are not hirable. Please stop with the misinformation people. You keep thinking logically in an illogical career.
