Max time you spend in sleeper birth?

    Never heard that myth before. But, i don't usually hang out in truck stops. Would love to know the story behind that one. I also second the idea for a dedicated myth forum. Would make for some good bed time stories.

    If I had a dollar for every "feds" or "the Marshals" closed the Banning scale stories I've heard over the years I might have enough money to pay this website's owner's hosting costs for 2 or 3 years.

    It has been a few years since I was in Texas, but at one time yes they were. I know of several guys from USA Truck that got put OOS by the scale on I 45 northbound. I'll ignore the ######## attitude!
