No but sometimes you get lucky. I'm hoping I can get to know the lanes and work out some regional runs. But I'll do what I have to do. I have to say thanks to everyone contributing to the mercer posts, it's been extremely helpful in making this transition

In Pittsburg you'll have about a 70% chance of being home every weekend and maybe even Throughout the week. Youngstown is a skip and a hop and they stay busy with short stuff. Also like mentioned you might be able to get on some dedicated stuff for a agent
bailey937 Thanks this. -
Yeah I was already thinking that but figured you guys would know. Again I appreciate the info

Welcome to Mercer (provided everything works out)...always good to have people who do their research and learn about a company BEFORE coming to work. Best of luck and welcome. See you in L'ville sometime.

Thanks, been working on it for awhile, just nice to see it all come to fruition

Can anyone tell me how much the decal lettering guy mercer uses charges, on avg?
-
$125 I think but it comes out your settlement or you can pay him cash
bailey937 Thanks this. -
$125 if you use the decal guy, they'll take it out a few weeks down the road. Or, you can use the plain jane ones they have available for free at orientation.

Thinking about coming on board with Mercer. I was with Land Star for a while on a dedicated run. Had to cancel my lease due to a knee replacement. I live in the NY, Newburgh area can anyone give me pros and cons
