Same stuff as any other orientation. Whiz quiz, then while they wait on the results, you get to learn all about the "Mercer Way": Safety discussion, Hazmat, what you gotta do to get loads and get paid. You get fed. Sign all the paperwork. Meet your coordinator. Get your truck inspected and fixed if there are issues. Get your decals on. When all the boxes are checked...get a load and get outta Dodge.

Nice ride. Any chance you can post some good pics of the inside?
-
Do they require you to have hazmat for flatbed?
-
-
No, but since they do have Hazmat loads, everyone gets the video.Highway Sailor Thanks this.

77fib77, Highway Sailor and TaylorMade407 Thank this. -
I see many flatbed empty at Ontario California TA, talked to some of them and they say "no loads". Many are Mercer.
Are you guys finding it difficult to find loads out of LA area? and Southern Cal? -
If you want to go out to cali, reload right back east you are gonna sit a couple days or pull cheap. If you are willing to run for a couple days out on the west coast before going back east, you won't sit and will make decent money to fabulous money.QuietStorm and nofilter Thank this.
