When my little one was tiny, she would howl crying when I had to leave, I'd get around the corner and have to pull over to compose myself for a few minutes when it hit me. Now that she is older, she handles it much better. But I still gotta get a grip on my emotions at times. it definitely can be tough. .
Buy a sniffer and find the leak. No need to replace the whole system. That truck isn't old enough to have serious issues with the air.
They told us in orientation to let the LC run the truck and book loads. Not Dean but some other guy over the LCs said he wouldn't even use the contractor web. They say the coordinators get paid a flat wage but I think they get bonuses. I should ask mine next time we have lunch
