    As I know it, you are allowed 1' in front and 3' in back with nothing more then flags. But I could be mistaken.

    Depends on the state. PA allows 6' overhang last time I looked.

    The law requires them for specific products. their motive for making us have one or the other keeps the csa score pretty. Agents, drivers, and coordinators can't know the law for every single different product out there, and that would result in tickets.

    When I was with admiral merchant, a few of us, would regularly "bounce" over a thousand miles. No questions asked but everyone knew we had autos from the auctions on.

    When it rains it pours.....about 3 weeks ago I burnt a hole in the number 5 piston in my otr truck so I had an inframe done. Two days ago I get a call from the guy who is driving one of my farm trucks saying he thought it blew the turbo. Mechanic calls me today Yep you guessed it blew hole in number 5. Lol I'm going truck shopping tomorrow.

    question on LAW for flatbed.. When doing pallets and lets say you have truck load of pallets. Don't i have 2 two strap the first pallet? Doing something unnormal of me.. Going to new york lol

    One extra strap on the front. Unless it's a super heavy pallet that means two. Also not a bad idea to put a trip chain on it.
