I would almost agree with rickybobby. Just wouldn't have the laptop on while driving. But whenever sitting, even under a load at night, look at the different areas and the loads. Expecially when your sitting waiting for a load. You do know you can book your own loads, even the ones he has you refused on?

 

Ya i know these things but im thinkin what am i missing when i cant be looking at load boards? i thought thats what i have him for to help corodinate these things. i constantly have to be bringing loads to his attention and by then its usually to late

 

I would burn up the phones in contractor relations, let them know you are serious about getting a different coordinator, but be polite and professional, they will work with you.

Good luck with getting a new coodinator. I mean that in a serious way, as I had no luck in doing so in 2011.

it seems to be one of those maintenance things, no access to it, and i think its business as usuual monday
