I guess what I meant was how do you book loads ahead? Example: I see a load I want an then I check the destination area an see that they also have great loads coming out, how do I book that second load? I'm currently accepted on a load position 2 an I tried to find a load in the destination but it won't let me commit to it because I've accepted the previous load?

The one you are accepted on will soon be dispatched, once it's officially dispatched you can then commit to whatever you want again.

Like they said once you're accepted that means it's yours. The agent should dispatch which would give you the option to commit to another load.............. In your situation call the agent for the 2nd load you want and let her/him know your interested and ask em if it's ran the board. If it's already ran the board then they'll know exactly what to do. but if it hasn't ran yet call you coordinator ( @CJndaTruck taught me this so he gets the credit) and tell her that as soon as your dispatched on the load your accepted on, you would like her to put your name on the other load that you want ( this is where your load coordinator comes in handy for our system)

I can give you a number to call and see how much they would charge to ship them to you, I don't pay that much for them. I get mine from a small tire dealership in Grand Junction named CTS, they have to order mine for me but I have wide based tires all around. If you're still out west they may have them in stock for duals.

    RCC Thanks this.

Anyone know where that pawn shop is in baytown? Or is it over at beaumont? Supposedly they always have lots of flat bed gear. Gonna swing through and see what kind of deal I can get.

Thanks, not right now, but I'm definitely interested for next winter. I don't want to spend so much right now, still trying to get back to a month ahead after the three weeks I took off recently, the whole tire/alignment crap, and the ridiculous amount of money I spent between Christmas and Thanksgiving. This place is making be more of a tourist than a truck driver, I'm not complaining, but when I get in spend mode I apparently don't stop until I realize I still have bills due in a few weeks.

    CJndaTruck and larry2903 Thank this.
