You're from Phoenix too? What part? Most of my family is out east, east Mesa. Sounds as if freight is tough or nonexistent in AZ nowadays. We don't load out of Morencie anymore I'm guessing?

 

Got out in time. Finished in Morgantown about 130pm and ran like hell. 68 was junk all the way to 99. Then magically when I got to Altoona I was on dry blacktop. Now sitting in Berwick Pa at Loves doing a reset.

 

National news tonight had a weather model shows Harrisburg,PA estimated to get 40 inches of snow...

Headed that way Sunday morning with a load going to Oxen Hill Md. Hopefully by then they have things cleaned up. Due to get 10" here tonight.

 

I wouldn't touch that load either. It was a bad load out of NV. This is coming out of SoCal and pays enough for me to deadhead back to SoCal and still make over $2 a mile all miles.

. I live in Tempe on the south end. Near Ray rd and Rural.

 

Headed to Phoenix for Monday myself! That California van freight is popping if you are at the top of the list!!!

I am sitting at exit 10 on 78 in PA.

Went to Elizabeth NJ today to drop off, customer decided to go full potato so went and dropped at a drop lot, went to long island to grab my next load, took forever to get off the island, and made it all the way to mm 49 on the 78 in PA before i even saw a bit of snow.

Still currently with SNI so I will be hiding at their Carlisle terminal for the rest of the weekend....even though my load off Long Island is supposed to be in Savannah Sunday by midnight.

 

You guys made me break out the weather app. That a lot of snow out east. Makes me glad I'm out west right now. It's just raining most places out here. I hope you all stay safe.
