It was more than speeding tickets, the violations listed on fmcsa site are about everything, and stupid stuff folks should know better than to do.

Well @CJndaTruck, you won't have to worry about me competing with you for the top spot on the western board, tomorrow morning I'm pealing the Mercer signs off my ride, so the top spot is yours as long as you want it. Sorry I never got to meet you in person CJ. @skateboardman and @spyder7723, thanks for all the info you guys post on this thread, thanks to y'all I did well while I was here. @TaylorMade407, hate we haven't run across each other since orientation, was cool being there same time as you, you're pretty levelheaded for a young un.

Now before the nay sayers jump in here and start flaming Mercer, it's a great company with great people, just not my thing. I'm not leaving because of lack of freight or rates, as I've already said, I did well while with Mercer. I've never been the type that likes running general freight, in 25 years behind the wheel most of that time has been with smaller companies that are dedicated to one industry for the most part so that's what I'm going back to. Going back to work for a small outfit I was with from 2010 to 2013, only left them when I moved to Colorado and new they would have a hard time getting me home. In the last year they have expanded their lanes and will be able to get me home a little easier now and they wanted me to come back.... And I was ready to come back. Felt like coming home today seeing old friends.

Always wondered what it would be like to run for a big outfit, especially where I could choose my own loads and lanes from a load board.... Well I know now and I really didn't enjoy it that much, no fault of Mercer.

Y'all stay safe out there, I'll look in from time to time to see what your up to.
