At the worst, would you not be able to atleast screen shot the app on your tablet and email the shots to your coordinator or whoever would need them?

It will take a few months to clear up if at all. This happened at my last carrier. After a year they just gave up and dropped prepass.

 

As the note says, blame the paper log guys.

Mercer doesn't have you keep paper log books as a backup for when Elogs are down?

 

Sure they do. You have to have them as a backup. I believe it's in the regulation somewhere if I recall right.

I have to screenshots my logs from 1/13 and send them in. Then reinstall the app.
