i am with you, its like dinosaurs, they cant change and are forcing themselves into extinction. mainly some folks like to find anything they can to blame things on other than themselves.

but note what the violations were for folks on elogs, it was for not having the instruction card, it certainly wasnt the logs not current or falsified logs, by the way the tags numbers were listed and they all arent new tags with the 14 mph and over speeding tickets.

Wow, 1448 pages in one thread. A lot to read through, and my head is sure to explode if I try to read it all. I'm sure these questions have been answered many times in here, but...I was wondering how dry van is at Mercer. What kind of rates are you seeing? Is there a loadboard you can run off of or do loads come strictly from your coordinator and agents? Is there enough freight for a guy to run as hard as he can? Good fuel discounts? Would it be possible to make the swith to flatbed eventually with no prior fb experience? I hear most drivers seem to be really happy there and I think I might went in..ha..Thanks in advance for anyone willing to provide the time and info.

You got to keep up with these fellows on a daily basis. Each day equals about 4 pages. You miss a day you fall behind. You may have missed a couple pages, I think they have talked about your questions you asked. But I know they will answer them for you.

Ok so i've passed all background checks and gave them permission to contact my current employer. it's been a week. how long does this normally take?
It was like pull pulling teeth to get them to send me a lease agreement so that I could read it over. and they say that they cannot send me a trailer lease so that I can read it over. what gives? Never thought a company would take over a month to get to this point(app-approved).

Yeah, I see it goes quick. I just started looking at this thread last night. I went back to page 1400 and tried reading forward from there to try and get current info. Didnt really find exactly what I was looking for. I will keep reading and see what I come across. Like I said, i'm sure my questions have been answered multiple times and in multiple threads. Over the last few months I have done so much reading on here on multiple topics. My brain hurts, ha. Thanks.
