Patience does pay off. Holding off and not booking "because it's there" pays greatly when you find a good paying load going somewhere where you KNOW you can get a good paying load and keep rolling from there. We're learning, but by end of day, should be booked up to mid-month-ish.

 

74" or 75" sleeper, I forget which. Raised roof, truck sits about 12'10"

 

Is your shelf free standing or do you have a screw or something holding it from tipping? I see it looks like on the left the shelf leg or stand goes all the way to the floor correct?

 

I do like that the winch rails go the full length of the trailer, and the dunage rack.(at least with our trailers)

 

Any one going to be around Houston this weekend?

 

Those are the trailers swift is using now and after all the #### those drivers have probably ran into the rails were always straight lol
The traditional style not so much, half the spools on those were useless because the rail was dented in so far

 

Side note fellas--Anyone coming to MATS this month? Or is everyone gonna keep running ? Should be a packed house as always. Looks like freight is stepping up just a bit. Running back to back freight now with less dead head. Bout #### time. Some of this freight needs to come with a welfare card. Geez Hope you guys are safe as always.

As bad as freight is right now, I've having an awesome tour of duty this go around. Been booked a full week out, and at great rates. I'm even getting almost 2 bucks a mile out of texas. But of course now that I've said something i won't see another good load for a month. But if it stays like this, i just might have to stay out here till easter.

 

Yea tell me about it. I had to deadhead out of Iowa today because there was nothing worth waiting to the end of the week to pickup. An I'd rather grab a load headed south an sit on it over the weekend before I sit empty at a truckstop til next Monday.
