Do you guys have any recommendations on stores to buy tarps and miscellaneous equipment? Things like coil racks, binders, chains etc..? Shopping around and seeing what prices everyone has...

Also, what kind of volume/rates are the van guys seeing? Buddy of mine is thinking about buying a truck but I can't get him to see the open deck light.

I didn't miss the point. I know Mercer didn't mess him or anyone else over. I know nothing about the mentor program though, no one ever even mentioned it to me other than the occasional reference on here. As far as him having plenty of money, I addressed that in a previous post. He just took more than enough cash to write a check for everything and bought a bike straight up. He called me today though, and we talked some more. A lot of his issues seem to be that he didn't exert the energy required to run a business. He wasn't checking fuel prices, wasn't taking route length/terrain into consideration, was taking crap loads, etc. He was basically writing the how not to book.
