The guy is not totally wrong. What he talked about does happen. Not sure how much at Mercer as I have never pulled for them.

I leased to a very small carrrier last year and ended up working off load boards quite a bit, those are the loads that you try to sniff out and ignore.

I'm glad that I'm not still there
