    The hole is cut for the switch but they put a plastic cap to cover the hole.

    On that case i would doubt wires are ran. But it's possible. In todays assembly lines it makes sense to use 1 wiring harness for all trucks of the same model instead of a bunch of different ones depending on customer orders.

    I'll climb under the truck and see, or I guess I could pop the cap off and see that way as well.

    Well i JB welded the area until i got home it soaked everything in coolant.. I was hoping jb weld would hold for a month after i put it on but hell no. Drove home ordered the tank sensor and 2 gallons of coolant she will be ready 2moro waiting for the engine to cool down

    Jb weld won't holds on plastic. Works. great on ferrous metals tho, but it needs to be dry when you apply it. For plastic tanks you can buy this plastic polymer that works pretty good. Any autozone type store sells it. It's in the body section cause it's designed as a repair for cracks in plastic bumper covers.
