Lol sorry. When you said you had two switches I thought you meant pre installed like I hade the factory do mine. It's a pretty common thing. I even had one in my old Cascadia. @Razorwyr

I shut the valve going to the heater core. Now my AC is really cold.

I wish I could do that. They used that valve for my APU :(. Think I'll have them put another in when I have the thing in the shop next month.

I didn't realize that the heater core is in the same box as the Ac "core". I had to replace the blower motor on my 9200 international. I pull the seat off and the heater side is crazy hot. So I closed one of the valves going to it.

The heater core is actually part of the cooling system and shutting off coolant circulation may cause corrosion problems. I'd recommend opening the valve and letting coolant circulate once a month or so for a few minutes.

We can still do it. It will just take a few extra extra minutes. Figure 2 hours. Next time you are headed to florida give me a heads up. In the mean time, pick up 2 more rocker switches for your truck. It looks a lot better to keep the switches on the dash the same style. Or if you don't care about that 2 toggles at autozone for 10 bucks will work just fine.

I appreciate it. I'll definitely want to keep the factory style rockers. I'm going home either Thursday or Friday, will be back out after Labor Day, but not sure which direction.

Well if you end up this way just give a call. Will take us half an afternoon including running up to the parts store for an extra pigtail and plugs.

Yep, I did have to change the plug on the trailer. Think it was $9 for that. Second plug for truck was like $9 also. Non ABS non coiled pigtail was like $45 (find a good shop. Don't buy the regular heavy duty line at truck stops)

    Razorwyr Thanks this.
