Chicago isn't what it used to be back when American made steel actually meant something, but is still #### good. As far as rates, when you see one of us talking rates its all in. The total amount the truck gets, after linehaul, fsc, and accessorials.
As for fsc itself, there is no standard. It's all dependant on the contact with that sorbitol customer. Now that being said, our agents are very good about writing the freight contact up so that there is a strong fsc on the load.

Thanks for clearing up the hear say. I've never done that comparison.shortcut Thanks this.

There is a industry standard that's posted weekly from the department of energy. Several companies have a chart with the calculation already done. Mercer doesn't break down the FSC for us to see until we settle, but it seems to match the DOE FSC. Take my last load, DOE had FSC at $0.25/mile, Mercer had FSC at $0.25/mile.kogaFX Thanks this.

It isn't broken down on the contractor Web, but it is broken down. You can ask your coordinator or the agent for the numbers. I never do cause it all hits the same bank account so i don't care if they call it fsc, tarp charge, or sit on your thumb pay. The load either pays enough to haul it, or it doesn't. Simple as that.Last edited: Oct 31, 2016

Good news! my oil pan was very clean lol my goal for my truck is to make it last month or 2 I'll have a new turbo installed 1500 for the turbo maybe 300 labor? my bearings they where OK but now they are new so no worries
-
If there's nothing wrong with turbo I wouldn't spend the money to replace it.
-
I may let it go longer but the shaft has play
-
How much play? And is it up and down play or is it in and out play?
-
Just side to side it's not too much less then half inch?. I check it every 2 weeks for oil lol
-
It can't be half an inch. It would have been sucked into the intake way before it got that much play. Get a real measurement using a micrometer. When dealing with bearings you measure in thousandths of an inch.roshea Thanks this.
