mercer transportation

I have. Every time. But they were each valid.

 

Oh I have failed in KY before. But they walked me around and explained every fault to me. All were valid. Once it was missing reflective tape on the back of the sleeper, they handed me the tape to fix it. (Free). I know the inspection bay didn't have to give me the tape. And I know the tape would have only cost me a couple dollars heck might have cost them a few pennies bought in bulk. But they gave it to me and 5 mins later I was on my way.

 

Well... another accident someone hit me on the interstate... scraped my hood. getting police report now

 

Are you kidding? Do you have a dash cam? Even the cheap one Mercer is (or was?) giving out? Was is a hit n run? Pete, Pete, Pete, bad luck man

So question officer said it shows I'm a lease? I had Mercer title my truck does this sound right?

 

You are leased to the carrier. You don't have your own #s

 

Ah okay he was like who own this truck. I said me my name is on title. Then he goes well it shows you are a lease e ? thinking did someone mess up the title lol

 

No he just didn't know what he was taking about. Local city or county leo? Doesn't understand how trucking works with leasing onto a carrier. He was thinking you are leasing the truck from the carrier.
