LOL. It's always good to go over permits with the OD dept. also always read the states current OD requirements. So many people mess up little things like curfew hours and city restrictions. Fuel is a big one too. Does it have to be on the permit, 1/2 mile grace, 1 mile grace? Just cross your Ts and DOT your I s.

 

I appreciate your input.. I guess my deal is I'm so anxious to get out and be able to give my kids n wife a better life.. I have the knowledge to be a safe driver and darn good skateboarder.. Now, I just need the chance to prove it...

Atlanta area.. I'm also looking at Jones and CRST.. I have a truck already so I'm not getting one of those Duracell colored Cascadias at CRST.. Any info to share on these companies??

 

Nothing bad about Jones. Admiral merchant, look into them too. Admiral, if I remember, you can book your own freight off boards. Only thing we can't do easily.

 

Thing is I have a Quality truck I'm renting to build my business credit so I can save for a down payment.. So I can't just go anywhere so I'm giving myself 6-18 months to save as much as I can...

 

How is that helping to build your business credit? Did they change their policy about not reporting to the credit bureaus?

 

I wasn't going to ask but since you brough it up.....
I thought that was why it was a walk away lease (not reporting so it won't ding your credit)? I was under the impression that they only reported if you completed their lease?

 

They don't even report then as far as I'm aware.
