They might not have all the drivers set up on the new site yet contractor relation told me some drivers are having the same problems

Can anyone select (commit) to a load? Also it shows loads that are not suppose to be on the board yet.

well I got a response from my email. Apparantly a 'select group of 19 drivers' got to beta test it already. Hmm, let's see, sounds like the super trucker Mercer Mentors to me. Seriously, not one of them said anything about ordering them by distance from origin? Jason apparently pointed that out last week. Six weeks of driver testing and review and this is the result? Wow.

Usability on a phone, well make sure you have a magnifying glass to try to read anything. When I zoomed in things ceased to function. Let's see if my comments to them have any effect.

One good thing about the new system is that it expands to use the full width of the screen so you can see all the items left to right instead of having to scroll from side to side. There is the ability to sort and filter without having to go back and re-enter all your information but I could just as easily do without that. IMHO when we are on the road basic functionality and ease of use are more important than bells and whistles that make a 'fully featured set of user functions' that are not needed by 98% of users.

Heck there are still drivers that don't have a smartphone or computer, this needs to be user friendly. I may have five laptops in my truck but I'd take a wild guess and say that's not typical.

    Razorwyr Thanks this.

exactly the problem. I want loads sorted in order of how close they are to me. Those are still listed as air miles on the original site but they did make the correction a while back that when you look at the load info it will list practical miles.

    Razorwyr and CJndaTruck Thank this.

thanks Pete, that is my #1 complaint about the design. Other than being far too small to see on my phone.

Send a message to tech support via the link, the more they get the faster they will work to correct this. They told me they're working on it but sometimes it doesn't hurt to light a fire under their .... well, you know ....

Can't sort matched loads, no position number on matched loads, tab to "support" doesn't work. No refresh button, and when I refresh from the browser only 3 of all the matched loads come back up. The email says the old contractor web will disappear on Feb 28th, this should be fun!!!!
