Yes, it is only in the matched loads under the unit list. It shows both the rate per mile and the rate with DH using practical miles.
When I heard they were redoing the load board I had visions of one like LS has where you can setup notifications and all kinds of good stuff. Now we can't even find the loads without a lot of wasted time and effort.
That was the conclusion I was pondering as well. Only reason being, why roll out a new contractor web without the at least the bare minimums of the old one, and without position numbers.
Okay just heard back from IT again. Ability to commit to loads from the available loads list should be available sometime next week. They're looking into the issues with the tech support link not behaving as intended. And the sort by distance from origin is being worked on also. That's all I have for now. As issues are posted I am relaying them on to IT since I have that conversation open to me now. Please mention what device, or devices, are having the problems. It does make a big difference where to look for the cause of the problem if it is a computer or a mobile device such as a phone or table. Mention of the OS (Operating System) would be helpful also. This has to work across a wide variety of devices and know that could help pinpoint issues. We have their attention and they are working to fix these problems, it is not something that will happen overnight but I'm confident it will get done as quickly as they can.
