mercer transportation

Greetings all.....
I have read this thread over the last year and a half, not always in order, and I am making my move to lease on to Mercer. Recruiter has sent all my info over to someone in Safety for their approval and should hear something by tomorrow AM. Hoping to attend orientation on Monday.
However, I recently purchased a truck and was having a little trouble getting the title transferred, then I learned that Mercer could do that for me through Illinois with a power of attorney. Has anyone done this? How does the process work? Saving $800 in taxes sounded like a no brainer......

The pike to 595 to 75 to 27 to 66 (just south of sebring) to 17 north to 98. The only town with any traffic you go through is Lakeland. Drops ya off on 75 just south of wildwood.

 

Good to know, I think I might have been on 66 once, but I haven't been to Florida much over here. I'll have to keep that route in mind. I used to grab OJ out of Lake Wales a lot before I drank the blue Kool-aid, so I'm real familiar with 27.

 

Back to work I go! It amazes me how much better I feel when I take pills lol

I found a glitch and reported it .
When you set a search date on the new load board it wont show you loads with ealy pick dates earlier than your search parameter date even if the late date is within your window

Does Mercer require drivers to get a twic or haz-may?

How extensive of a background check do they run?

 

Twic - yes
Hazmat - no

What are you asking on the background check? Do you mean mvr, personal info, or just overall?
