LOL...yep. I have to give Pete credit for his resilience at this point.

 

Being the new kid on the block I don't want any hand me downs with equipment failures lol.

Yes sir, Found out the only slow thing about Mercer is ME... Of course I was always known as the O in slow. I do have to say switching from my previous company tarps to the tarps I purchased from Mercer has required a learning curve. Also being so new here I have not started looking at loads on the board. When I meet my coordinator he told me he has been there 12 years which eased my mind some but he has me planned on loads up to three days in advance. I have not had to sit and wait for a load a since my first one. I am pleased with the money I have made so far which has exceeded my expectations. Taking into consideration this is the slow time for freight and rates I think I am doing well. The best part is I have all you people to give advice when I have questions and I thank you all. It was over a year when I started to make the transition from my previous employer to Mercer and to quote Ron from recruiting "what took you so long" Glad to be here.

Are the Mercer Great Dane step decks on 17.5 low pro tires or are they on 22.5s?

Mercer is great. I love how they go the extra mile. Made a post about my permit for SC in the FB group. Kristi she works in OD told me to message her my truck plate. This was around 7pm.. she looked and still wasn't ready. She messaged me this am letting me know it's ready!
Where else can you find employees that will do this?
