    Oh? Well that might not be such a good deal. I understand maint and all but.... Let's just say I'm glad I came when I did. Heck I wish I had come a few years sooner.

    Not sure I like the numbers on the vans. I don't do 7700 miles a month but I don't pull van. My Van buddy runs the same miles I do on avg. (we are always within 2-4K on the odometer at any one time). But he also takes a few months off at a time. And when he is running like now he is racking up miles a lot faster then me. But he leased his van and has no restrictions.

    I wish I would've made the switch earlier also but it is what it is.

    I ran the numbers & if I run 10k a month it's only an extra $69 a month. I don't mind it as long as I'm not responsible for ANY repairs or maintenance just like with Schneider.

    Mine is an 03, so a couple years older but soups be almost identical so i will try to help.

    On a columbia you have stand alone gauges and gauges built into the central instrument cluster. Going off memory cause im not sitting in the truck right now, speedo, tach, primary and secondary air, oil pressure, transmission Temp, fuel level, coolant temp, and one more but i can't seem to remember what it is.

    Get me an accurate list of what guages aren't working, if they are part of the cluster or not, and I'll try to at least point you in the right direction.

    @spyder7723 (Thanks for your insight!)
    Not working: fuel level, battery gauge
    Sometimes not working (intermittent open/loose cable?) and sometimes yes: oil pressure, turbo, and pyro
    Working fine: Speedometer, RPM, primary and secondary air, coolant temp, oil temp, air pressure gauge (? Where hubby tells me to make sure we haven't passed 60 once we get loaded), and the gauge (don't know the name) where you pump your breaks and check for air leaks (sorry--I'm not a truck driver, but I do have my learner's permit)
    Not sure: differentials and transmission as the wires are not connected--not sure why not, but I'll ask my husband.
    Edit: motor is 14.0 L. Not 13 as I stated earlier.

    Are you talking about Arthur? They did my repairs. I think they did a good job for me. On my inspection they checked the abs lights in the tractor for proper operation on startup as well as the trailer. Didn't feel scammed during the process.

    Pull the cluster and dash(be careful, that plastic breaks pretty easy) . Clean all the connections where the gauges are plugged in, both make and female ends, and apply a dab of dielectric grease. Do the same at the sending unit on top of the fuel tank. While you got the dash apart take a minute and look for frayed or broken wires.

    Knowles took care of me. Fast and extremely fair priced. On my second inspection with the trailer, my trailer abs wasn't working, John from Knowles was in that lot changing some trailer tires, I asked him if I could buy a couple fuses off him, I was missing the big maxi fuse, he asked what the problem was, dropped what he was doing, knew that there was another fuse that wasn't marked that I was missing and when that didn't work he was crawling under my truck. Long story short, he got a part ordered for overnight delivery and had me going in the morning, all for like a 100 bucks.

    Knowles worked on mine too and really impressed with work and cost.
    Now wrap up a few things tomorrow and hook to the trailer and see if I have any problems.

    I wasn't too keen on the extra 3cpm over 7700, but I was happy to hear that they only run virgin rubber, never recaps.... Good trailers too. Great Dane Composite with 2 ft spacing the logistics post.
