I doubt they will take you at your word alone, but if you go to another shop and get a second opinion i bet they look into that first shop.

 

There is a whole list when you log in. One would be the addition of a reset button on matched loads.

The refresh button and several other changes were added this weekend. It says they were added 3/24/17 but it was 3/4/17. If you're talking about changes listed on the old CW as 2/18/17, there have been several updates since then. They haven't updated the bulletin board since the 18th on the old CW.

 

Changes Delivered 03/24/17
- Refresh button added to Matched Loads List
- Matched Loads list now scrolls up to 50 rows instead of ten at a time.
- Matched Loads list changed to resize like Available Loads for small phone screens.
- Colors on Available Loads are now dynamic. If you go to the Order Detail screen to commit or reject, the color will change immediately when you return to the list, instead of when you refresh.

Ok so for those of us that didn't grow up in the Facebook and twitter age...how do you find the matched loads, dispatched loads, and available ltl loads?

 

Matched loads are under unit list then look for the column says matched. Click the number pulls em up. Dispatched not sure ltl not sure

 

Dispatched Loads:
Home screen on new CW, click unit list, click the number on Dispatched loads, voila.

I don't run much LTL, so I haven't looked for that yet, not sure where the all available LTL list is at.
