Pete. Think about something for a minute. Your truck doesn't exactly have a great track record of trouble free operation, and you got a baby almost here. Do not spend money that doesn't have to be spent. That tarp kit will still be for sale in two years once the baby is out of the expensive stage.

Yeah very good point. I'm putting it off for awhile.

Also, I'm not sure you will find a better deal on a trailer. If you really think you have extra money maybe look at paying off what you have. But if it was me I would just put it aside for a rainy day right now. You are about to have a lot of poopie days.
Airborne and TruckerPete1990 Thank this. -

Born n' Bred, Home_on_wheels, CJndaTruck and 1 other person Thank this. -
All kidding aside, almost every baby ends up in the emergency room a couple times. Usually over something minor, but life is so fragile for them in those first 6 months or so that you just can't risk it. A fever could be nothing..or it could be meningitis.

I wish my kids were still babies, the older they get the more expensive they become. And they eat a hell of a lot more now. Least when they were babies all I had to do was make sure mom was fed.

Well back to Ohio I go! If my wife doesn't have the baby by the 28th they are gonna induces her on the 29th. She's been in the hospital 2 times last week for contractions.
