Well the first week at Mercer is in the books and I couldn't be happier here!
It's nice to have options (sometimes too many) that actually pay good money. This forum made it a lot easier to transition because I already knew some of the things that need to be done.

No, there is good money to be made there still. I wouldn't try and leave that area for a bit. Give yourself some time to learn the system a little more while you are in a good paying area. Try and build some relationships with those agents. It's a good safe area to learn and not worry about accidentally hitting a dead area. The rates in that area will be stable for awhile. They may not rise much for a bit but they won't fall much there either. Once you get a feel for "Mercer" lanes life will get easier.Razorwyr, Highway Sailor and RStewart Thank this.
