I have a question. If I see a red dot on a load in the Mercer app does it mean it is a new load?

 

No it means either you or your coordinator refused the load. If it's something you want you can still accept it.

 

I really need to get those suits people wear when working under there trucks lol.

 

Oh ok. Good because they paid poorly.

 

So are the bluish green dots loads I'm matched to?

 

Teal is what you are matched too. Green is accepted I think.

 

My first word of advise is try not to worry about the dots too much. A high percentage of my loads never match up to me. Read the trip details if it's a good paying load. As for the colors all I know is red is refused. I think teal is matched and green is accepted but not dispatched. Seems there was a yellow but idk. It was so much better before and the dumb colors just confuse my simple brain.
