    Saying it's works for me isn't the correct way . Some issues have been device specific with settings etc. But IT has been really good helping with those issues .

    IT hasn't been good at helping everyone, that's what I've been trying to get you to understand. Do I think they intentionally ignore people, no, I think they are overwhelmed and were not prepared for the switch!! I have a outbox and inbox in gmail, trust me, your experience and others experience are not the same.

    Guess I'll put a little 2 cents in and like most I like mercer but the truth is there new format is like going from 2015 to 1990 reason color dots come on we don't need pretty we need functional and easy of up tainting information I haven't been trying to run in phone yet but so far on tablets you have to run around in circles to get all the info if I'm matched I have to go thru unit screen to find position in stead of just opening up the page 1/2 the time that wouldn't let me scroll to find the matched load I used to be able to run three devices at different search parameters at the same time to make looking for loads in different areas easier
    Know I change on one I change on all

    Oh just a minor one. My androids operating system treated the website as malicious so everytime to do anything it loaded up another screen asking me if i really wanted to risk it. Didn't matter what i was doing. Signing in? Gotta load up anther page first and confirm i want to risk it. Click available loads? Not so fast Johnnie, let's wait 30 seconds while we load up this confirmation page first. Go to type in an origin city..Wait are you sure? Your device is at risk. Put in a date.. literally every single step along the way i had to confirm i wanted to. Emails and phone calls for help was basically just dismissed as 'well you must be doing something wrong' or 'that isn't possible' and my favorite 'what's the big deal, its just an extra button push' 5k times a day, and dont forget their trademark response 'well if you just searched for loads under the match loads you wouldn't need to input all that extra info'. This went on from just after the very first 'fix' in January till the end of March. So fur two freaking months it was such a pain in the ###(and time consuming) it might as well not existed.

    It took finding Jason during truck show week and literally showing him my phone, and him taking a picture of it, to get it fixed (was working fine the week after the truck show). He said something about a registry error. I'm not a tech savvy millennial so got no idea what that even means.

    My personal issues since they fixed that are all about the basic format. The size and placement off the columns for example. And the color coded dots. The whole feel off it has changed. It went from minimalistic basic straight to business to this thing that feels like a facebook app made for twenty year olds that grew up playing with facebook on their phones.

    It has been HORRIBLE at helping people. They don't speak or understand basic English. This isn't specific to our it department, its it people in general. Its like they are from a different planet. They don't comprehend the fact that most of us don't even understand the terms they want to use, and can't translate it to working man's language.

    that must have been your antivirus settings, an example of a device specific issue. It's the same info, but the coloured dots relay the same info as matched , accepted , etc. Did. I have found some things easier, such as state search , i don't have to wade thru van loads anymore, also the load search by agent seems easier to me. The old load changed a lot, this one will to, like the board position was added on the old board actually not that long ago , and once you could match yourself to any load you wished on the old board, but that was removed. Being matched seems to be a big concern, a good many loads i take, i am never matched to.

    Yep i am almost never matched to a load i take off the board. If i do, it is only because my coordinator is out that day. My coordinator is so good i barely pay attention to matched loads... If it was a load i'd want, she would have called me on it.

    And yes i suppose it may have been my anti virus, however Jason wasnt able to correct it by going into my browser settings. He took a picture said he would get with IT after the show, and voila a few days after the show it was working. If it was an issue on my end, it wouldn't of suddenly started working without any change from me. but that isn't the point. We are not techies and should not be expected to be tech savvy to be able to use the board. And when someone had issues they should not be dismissed and ignored as cj has been. Mercer is going to lose him, not because he is having issues, but because when he calls them he is basically dismissed 'just go use the matched loads'. Its causing him to miss out on a lot of good profitable runs.

    Dear Mercer , please get you IT department some help .
    This is an embarrassment for a multi million dollar company . The best thing about being here is bookng my own freight , and now that has become fustrating and cumbersome . I told the IT department I dont want to be forced on to a mobile version of the site and I was told " It works fine for us " . After months of tinkering, it was finnaly working . Why break it again .

    There are a bunch of contractors openly complaining about it on the net , its a bad look for the company . Why would anyone lease on to a company when most of the drivers hate the load board .

    That's just it, is it the majority of drivers that hate it ? An example, out of 2500 drivers , how many are on this site? Or on a Facebook page? A very small portion . Example is a mercer Facebook page has around 750 members , well less than half are drivers, the rest or family members and office people. About 14 percent of drivers and only 10 per cent are active. So saying the majority are up in arms might be a stretch.
