    There are advantages for me. A lot have to do with being a vet. But everyone has a different tax situation.

    He is a truck driver. He isn't home long enough to buy things. And can jump across the state line for any big ticket items. Down here we have a moderately low sales tax. 7%. Our state gets money from people coming down to go to Disney and the beaches. lots of tourism tax.

    For the first 20 years of my life at Mercer I lived in Montana. When we moved to Tn. my coordinator said "and you think you used to make money, see how easy it is now"

    AR has some high sales TAX. i really wanna move was thinking MO but idk...

    They are trying to charge me personal property tax on my truck:/ but its not titled in AR lol

    and Texas, New Hampshire, Washington, Alaska, Wyoming, and Nevada; however Tennessee you have to pay tax on interest from dividends and investments. I choose Texas :p

    You all might know this but I'll say for anybody who doesn't.
    During the CVSA 72 hour blitz starting on the 6th JUN that load securement will be there point of focus this year. Just thought you flatbedders like to know this.
