Is Mercer throwing a Thunder party? Seems like a great place for a get together.

FYI, you must log your fuel stops with in 1 hour of purchase. If the fuel stop is not logged in the "One Hour Window of Opportunity" and you get caught, you get 30 Mercer CSA points. Mercer is making random checks.

Some contractors are logging it somewhere on the same day. Must be with in one hour.

just wondering, if you pay cash. or write out a tch check(not swipe the card) how would they track when you got fuel? not that I would ever do such a thing.

Why would you not want the fuel discount?

oh I wouldn't advise losing the fuel discount, was just tossing that out there. I could see a guy stopping off at home on his way through, and maybe leaving out just a lil too late. good thing about where I live, I never have the temptation to do that, I'd need a truck that floats to go through the house.

True, but here the C-stores sell diesel for $3.99. If I go up to the Loves in Memphis I can usually get diesel for .30 cheaper. Good thing my pick up uses engine oil for fuel.

I do that but I always use my business credit card and it has a time stamp on the receipt, but I always log everything pretty much exactly as I do it anyways. I even log PM's when I do them. Our fuel discount is not so great anyways only a nickel per gallon plus a dollar every swipe of TCH. I can get fuel in my hometown 25 cents a gallon cheaper or more than most truckstops.
