They're a nice APU! Did you get the SL or gen 2?

 

Gen 2. Yes I'm happy with it so far... Hopefully with proper upkeep it will last a long long time.

 

Plainfield, IN? It is new I delivered conveyer parts there two weeks ago. A lot of work to do inside.

 

The address is Bradford road, but you enter off of Ronald Reagan expressway.

 

Anyone know what the clearance is on those 2 overpasses by the driver lounge? They just say low clearance.

 

If going to inspections , I make a right out out drivers lounge on market , got to 15 the make right , go to inspections make right and right into lot

 

Ya im going to inspections but have only gone under those overpasses bobtail. Want to make sure a van will fit. Think ive seen vans go under em but the city lists one of em as 13 ft.

 

My rear end cents on my kw have to be turned a certain way to vent . If taken out and put back in , I have to check them to get them in right place and mark them . The top part turns independently of the bottom screw in part. They have connector a hose hooks onto and runs from top of rear end .

I don't know if these were original equipment or something added before I bought this truck.

You ever seen any like that ? I haven't til this truck

 

I went to geta new bottom fan and find a shore power short at boomer 2 weeks ago , and he said he isn't installing the SL units til a couple of problems are worked out.

The gen2 generator models are fine.

I bought a pulley kit from him in 2013 after my unit was a year old, it lets you lower engine rpm while the generator will turn same rpm.

Saves fuel and less noise

 

I like the different modes it can run in, and it's a pretty quiet unit!
