. I got a truck show special they had in march of that year, rode around with it til installed it one weekend.

 

Anyone of you guys doing flatbed that get the tips of your fingers dry/cracked. I bought this at Iowa80 and its been working great. Think it was $7

 

By the time i switched a couple months ago the dropped the price. Worth every $. Free sounds nice but enough is enough. Not one issue since i switched.

 

Thanks. I've been using this stuff. It's about $5 At Wal-Mart and seems to work pretty good when I remember to use it.

 

however logs need to be approved every day, that is the equivalent of signing and certifying your logbook. If an inspectors sees yesterdays log not approved then your log is not current.

and FYI Keller is presently grandfathered as an AOBRD - very important to tell an inspector that first thing, it has different rules than an ELD.

 

So I just read the legal difference for the first time.... well ####. I guess in 2 years I'm gonna have to buy a Qualcomm anyway

 

Yep correct on that, you have to hit the approve button if suddenly necessary

 

A software update will solve that problem

 

Maybe, but JJK has had the same failed and flawed software update trying to download for over a year.... I'm not so sure they know how to update it.

 

Btw, I like JJK over Qualcomm, once you know it's limitations it isn't bad at all.
