On the load info, it will show a three letters in front of the trip number and that shows the agents initials. Then if you look up loads by agent, you can see the letters matching to the city and state agency. Cross reference to the phone number list.
Agents sometimes answer the phones couple hours after Mercer closes, especially the futher west you go.

Sometimes the delay is because it is an outside load, they have trouble getting booked by an outside broker and they will not dispatch you on it, till they have confirmation. Outside loads take quite a bit longer time to dispatch that Mercer customers.

Guys, I might be leaving Mercer. Only because got offered job at Old Domine paying super good driving their truck and home every day. Not sure the wife can put up with me showing up every day.
Also super medical benifits at almost no cost.

Do you have to own the truck to lease on with mercer? Have truck title in hand? Or can u be paying on it, leasing it, etc.? I read somewhere they have a trailer program, is this correct? Thanks!

No you don't have to have title in hand. Yes they have lease/purchase trailers, flat, step and van.

Old Dominion in Indy. And yeah, I'm scared they might want me to work everyday. But $24 an hour sounds pretty good also.

Oh I need some of that Mercer koolaid.
