Washington dept of revenue is so worthless. No one there seems to understand the regs about transportation. If you call and ask a question they just make up an answer so if you dont search the regs yourself you are screwed. Just found out if your gross income (just washington taxable) is less than 28k you dont have to file. Ive done a whole lot of deadheading home from seattle that wasnt necessary.
