That sounds just what my father always told me, that I should do the loads other drivers don't want to do because (it's too HARD). And I already have some light cover alls picked out so I won't get dirty.:biggrin_25525:

Thanks for the advice. I will have it checked out and dyno'ed before I go so I won't get any big surprises. By the way you said something in a reply which I can't find where you said something about why some people do not succeed because of fear. Was that you? If it was you helped give me that last little kick in the butt to go through with this. Thank you.

Well I jumped ship at Old Dominion and will be back at Mercertown Sunday for a Monday inspection and out.

Money was great, just no time for fun. Tell me how crazy I am. I want to have fun and get paid for it. I don't want a real job with a hard core dispatcher.

I've always heard from old school O/O's. That it is real hard to work for someone else. Once you been on your own.

The bills still have to be paid but some people don't realize that money isn't everything.

Looks like I'll be getting to Louisville late afternoon on Tuesday. Anyone going to be there to share a fresh batch of Kool Aid?

I doubt I'll still be there tuesday since I only have to get a trk inspection and a drug screen. Oh a few gallons of Koolaid from Jason or Eric.

I really wanted to put in a month at Old Dominion as to get it a fair chance but 3 weeks about did me in. Now the wife is gona expect me to put that much in at Mercer
