Where did I say it was part time?

    They are full time.

And who pays the AL lawyer? He sure isn't pro bono full time

So either way it takes a lawyer? That's my point,. Sometimes using liasons, free help etc, assistance does cut it , you need a lawyer.

Like I said , I got first hand experience with the routine, I know the drill.

AL lawyers are staff lawyers, do understand what a staff lawyer is? I dare you to find an independent lawyer that does VA law full time.

Do you not know there are lawyers who handle disability, benefit cases on a full time basis?

Do you not understand what first hand knowledge is?

You can usually find one very near any large va center. There's one in Augusta,GA.

But if it makes ya feel better , I will agree that you are correct , that I have no first hand knowledge, that I never served, nor did my son serve or did my daughter just retire.

Yes the legion does provide that service as do some other groups, as do some lawyers.

Either way my point was it simply takes legal help of some nature to win an appeal after benefits are denied.

It's the same thing accomplished in different ways.

But there ya go, you win.

What bolt was loose? And how did they find it? did it have a rust streak? Or did you make it loose for them to find something and distract them from anything else? LOL.

Listen you talk like your the only one with first hand knowledge
( if you read my first post I said that's who I used), first you imply that the AL rep is not a lawyer and you should have a lawyer, then you imply that the AL lawyer is inferior because he's not getting paid. If as you say your point is it takes a lawyer why did you feel it has to be an private lawyer? AL lawyers are some of the best in this area of law, they don't screw around with SS disability, workmans comp, or slip and fall. a private lawyer is only interested in settling quickly so they don't have a lot of time in and they can collect their 33%

    Yes, a warning light. 51wRIyCt6rL._SL1500_.jpg
It's a Condor 3 watt 40" low profile led amber light and it has 15 different flash patterns. It only came with 10 feet of cord though, so I had to buy a bunch of wire and make an extension for it. I'm sure I could have bought an extension, but I bet I made one a lot cheaper.
