Is the fuel discount better than when fly j pilot lowered their prices for Mercer a couple months ago? I think in 8 states. Im to lazy to go look it up on the blog.

It's still $2 higher than it should be.

I am replaceing all the bolts and studs in the rocker boxes , broke some in the box for 3 and 4, while down I am replacing every stud and bolt in the rocker boxes and both injector harnesses, after shopping for these yellow motor parts, finding some brand new still in box and plastic bag parts on e-bay of all places, and pitting one cat dealer against another I have 995.65 cents in parts after the original cat dealer price of 1944.00 and a labor price for replacing all that and thus redoing the overhead of 700.00 dollars on the high side , I will be in it for less than 1700 bucks . my mechanic has been doing my work for years and is very very reasonable .

got my trailer back today, the driver who repowered had left his trailer . he delivered near here today, he was going to run empty to get his trailer and leave mine there, coming to my house and dropping mine off was a total of 70 miles out of the way, I figured going and fetching my trailer would be 280 mile round trip , and 150 in fuel. iasked if I gave him 200 cash could he just rop it off at the shop where my truck was? he agreed and we got the deal done. hope to rolling by Friday morning

I had hauled it from Albany,ga to Jackson,ga would have a bear to unload to other guys trailer, he took my trl to Kansas city and then worked his way back toward me today. there was no split, I just gave him full revenue.

when this happens its between you and the repower driver to work up the split, I just needed to get home to fix this thing and just went all in.

Actually we make more money the higher it goes because of fuel surcharge being based on 6 mpg. Unless your getting less than that.
Best revenue to the truck was when fuel hit over $4 a gallon.

    ingedavi Thanks this.
