Im not 100% sure he knew what happen tbh. I kinda think he does but on the other hand he doesn't His tail swing is what clipped me. I talked with Mercer about this.. They said my best bet is to call the number and see if it was him as i had no DOT number or truck number on him. So i called the number on file left a message about an hour later he called me back.

 

He felt it when it hit.

Not necessary. That trailer swing can hit something without the driver knowing.

 

Well my crap day is done. Crap because I had loads planned for the week. Today's load cancelled out and I couldn't get a load that would take me to or close for Thursday's pickup. So I had to bounce 490 miles for tomorrow. I park at the J in Pembroke,Ny don't even take a deep breath and a prime reefer lined up and parks next to me. I say to my self shaking my head "SOAB" look to my left and a ptg driver parked next to me was laughing.

 

Sooo i tried to find a short cut on removing my Damper and it works but dang it.. IT was such a pain not removing everything i should of to give me more room... Got it out and painted new one put it on and put some paint on the engine. Might go back to work friday if i can find a decent load

 

By the sound of it I should be glad I turned down those loads to fort smith

 

As bad as Memphis claims they need trucks, they can throw another $500 on top to deadhead from Ft Smith to Armorel.

 

I can honestly say I never seen a 13 wide load paying so cheap lmao

 

Man you need to get out of Arkansas I just finished a 501 mile run paying $2.90 it was heavy side and I won't sugarcoat it after my dh it was $2.24 but I'll take it now I'm on a 763 mile run this weekend @ $3.16 light side to Georgia down to $2.67 with dh working for me then Monday its South Carolina to Rhode Island for 879 miles heavy again @ $3.29 dh $2.76 if the Blue Kool-Aid keeps running this good I might stay out till Christmas then take three months off of course my wife would kill me LOL
