I havent been able to do arrive and depart. Just submit docs and fuel money. Prob wont use it again until they have it all functioning in one place.

Was just on the phone with my wife and told her i sure hope they dont stick to the end of june for cutting off the app.

 

Make sure location on the mercer app is turned off, that geofence may locate you on site or off site , if so it may not work on the c web

I have had several of those loads. They require a call when loaded and a call when empty. They also wanted the persons name on the bol.

Yep its off. My loads havent shown on the page so theres nothing to select. Yesterday, when i tried it the load i was on didnt show but the load im picking up today was there. When i get to the shipper today i will see if it works for this load.

Those are edi loads, they require an actual call, and most of the time a name of who signed for the goods.

If that was the situation , its nothing to do with this transition.

 

Did you ever have the app installed? Just wondering as it was required at one time for location, several were brought in and had to install.

But heck if you haven't had the app installed, you have been making manual calls anyway, whether its edi or not
