As long as you're getting decent to good rates. Doesn't do any good to keep the wheels turning if the freight is cheap.
I don't think there's to many companies right now not making money, at least shouldn't be. LOL. I think when freight slows down especially in flatbed it's going to be pretty bad rate wise. Seems everyone and there mama has run out and bought one. I've lost count of the duck taped clunkers I've seen the past couple months with the registration on the windshield...

You've got it figured out. Most guys don't understand that you won't hit a homerun every load. A good average is what you're looking for.
Considering those ATV were paying 1.18 to 1.25 last year , it's a good rate . Did you get him to pay the 80 miles to dh
