Communication I gotta say Mercer sucks big time with it. I think Mercer is one of the worst companies I've been with were they lack it. We never know what's going on till it has already happened.
Look at the APP we wouldn't of known if someone didn't post about it on the Facebook group. Mercer knew well more then a week or 2 they was doing away with it.
When there is a issue with someone here they shouldn't send a letter. They should be calling the driver to speak to them.
Anyone one is agents when they fail to call and tell you oh that load isnt any good...

The basic structure and setup hasn't changed. We got some loadboard changes etc.
But the basic things at the core , have not changed since feb 2011 when I signed on.
Perhaps you should go back in my posts and relook at some .
Is it really me not wanting bad things out, or is it more like , hey it's not that bad, here's how to work around that?
I simply find ways to make things work, if you use a mindset of finding solutions to things , you will tend to solve things better.
It's like a pothole , you can either steer around it or drive over it.
Sometimes though you have to hit it , then you grab the wheel, access things, and continue on.
I get it , that when someone is mad , they want everyone else to be mad with them.
But how much help does agreeing with someone's grief give?
Finding a solution works better, it's like this paperwork deal. Like the company suggested a scan app helps greatly in sending paperwork and the quality of the image they receive.
I had used camscanner and downloaded and then paid for turboscan. I found those helped a lot , in fact I posted that here.
I posted that on the mtown lounge, I give out my number, I have walked many people thru the process to find a workable solution.
Yes, it's a pain , not as easy as the app. But if you were here when the app rolled out , you would know it's not any different than the growing pains from that.
People seem to have forgotten the monday morning outages .
The arrival and depart buttons are not working, it's not as convenient, but I just call it in like I used to.
I am an old guy in my 60's , I have raised 5 kids, I have dealt with all sort of crisis .
Breakups, marriages, divorces , deaths of family, my kids losing children, kid having cancer etc etc etc.,, one kid being born with 2 club feet, a granddaughter born weighing 1 pound 6 0zs, shes 14 now.
