Take the exit for the Oasis Truckstop, exit 182 I think, there's an incredible scenic view for the Snake River, you can't park in parking area but you can pull over just past the bridge...worth the time.
Then just continue on about a mile or so and turn left on Champlin, cross RR tracks and it's on your right....

Cool deal. I've always liked that Oasis Travel Plaza. We'll have to check out the view!!!

How's the place I'm unloading at?

Yep, they're right. We need to quit being a bunch of crybabies and remember why we came to Mercer and how it's still better than where we were at or we would've went back already.

Easy peasy, they even swing the doors for you... Make sure your swept out, put a couple straps in the back. Never more than an hr to load.

So here my question on what to do now. We got the check in the mail and of course its $500 less. Which blows as i shouldn't have to pay a dime but i will end up paying. I'm going to be getting a lawyer and sue them for my down time. While in the process of suing for my down time should i add in the $500 i had to pay for insurance?

Theck with the insurance company because they should have that amount included in what they are going after them for. It can get complicated if both you as an individual and your insurance company both go after the company, it may even invalidate the insurance company's claim so have a lawyer read the actual insurance policy very carefully to see what the stipulations are especially regarding subrogation. Also before you cash that check make sure that you are not accepting it as full payment for the claim, if so you will not be entitled to recover any more money from them. Ask you insurance if they will pay you for the downtime, this is a situation where you have to be careful not to negate your own rights to recovering damages.

Then you have to pay the deductible but the insurance company should go after the total amount and then reimburse you for the deductable.
