That's what happened to me. Also didn't get my settlement today like I usually do but that could be because my truck pay person is gone so I don't have a dedicated person at this point.

So far it seems like i get my settlement statements faster now than i used to with the app.RStewart Thanks this.

Well, yesterday was my first day of work in almost a month. Long vacation was nice, but I really only relaxed 1 day out of it. So it was my first day using the website for everything, it wouldn't let me do anything. Neither the arrived nor departed would go through because it wouldn't let me put a time in. Everytime I tried, it would erase everything but 1 number so 10 would be 1, 25 was 2, 07 was 0, etc. I tried using my phone, then I tried using my tablet, same problem. I called it in and my coordinator said that's a new one for her, usually people just can't get money or whatever. Odd thing, I was using the site not the app to get money the last week before I went on vacation and had no problems. She said she was gonna forward my issue over to IT, so I guess we will see on Thursday if it's fixed.

Me too when someone is working on it. I don't have a dedicated truck pay person right now so sometimes it takes a little longer.
It does the same with me when I go to put in the time. What I have to is type in the hour and then hit the space bar. For some reason that worked.Razorwyr, Highway Sailor and Rickp Thank this. -
I haven't had a problem with advance , as long as I call in my times.
The arrive and depart are essentially non functional for me.
The paperwork function works fast if i run thru a scan app first, much much slower if use just the photo.
The arrive and depart right now work as well as boobs on a boar hog -
My advance works and uploading paperwork works fine. My hold up with paperwork is truck pay. I just snap a pic of the bills from the upload section of the site and it works good. Takes someone while to get my stuff since my truck pay person is no longer at Mercer. At least I know the issue and I know what to expect.
Do you just call in empty since you don't use the depart button?
