The rear has it the worse. But has some in front. Starting to think a seal on the top back broke when the powered washed causing it to spit out. Everything was fine till they washed the engine

I'm not familiar with the ISX. Could it be an oil line back there that maybe they cracked a fitting or something?

I don't like a pressure washer near my engine, that's just me. To many things they can screw up. I wash my engine at home, usually with gunk engine cleaner and a water hose. Then I a very careful where I spray what.

Not that i can tell i did find out there is 2 Gaskets type deals in the back for the cam area which could cause that. But im thinking its the oil filter now TBH. Somthing caught my eye yesterday but didnt ding on me looked like oil was coming out of oil filter seal area where it screws in. Maybe they got the power washer to close and caused it. Because behind the oil filter is fine but the left side and right side(Front and back engine) Is covered

That does look like a loose oil filter. Its amazing how much and how far they can spew oil. Mine was dripping oil everywhere but most of it was on the spring like it is on yours. BTW, to replace those rear gaskets the transmission needs to come out. Something to add to the clutch job maybe.

My 2011 obviously has an electronic ISX. Dirt and crud accumulating around all those sensor connectors attract and hold moisture which leads to corrosion. I have the engine washed every time the truck's washed and have had no problems related to pressure washing in over 800k miles.
