Mine has the yanmar , the oil would drain on my bottom fan .
It originally came where the hose had to be pushed thru fan housing each time .
I drilled a hole toward side of bottom fan housing to stick hose thru and leave it there .
I put hose in empty jug turn valve , drain .
I can add oil without removing main cover.
But mine is 6 and a half years old also

The bottom fan on mine has to come off to get to the drain plug and so oil doesn't drain on it from the filter. But the filter has to be removed from the top. At least it's easier for me to remove the filter from the top. I suppose it could come out the bottom possibly. It seems like a lot of work but it really doesn't take that long. The got at the TA told me it would probably be about $150 to service it, could be more depending on the filter. Lol. I said no way I'm paying that for you to drain out 3 quarts of oil, put on a $7 oil filter (can get them at Walmart) and then refill it with 3 quarts of synthetic oil. I didn't it myself for $38 and that includes buying my drain pan and a filter wrench. $21 for the oil and filter.TruckerPete1990 Thanks this.

Has anyone used the T&E shop in Kansas city? Thinking of asking them to go and look over the truck there lol
RStewart Thanks this. -
Best shop I've ever been to. They will be the only one touching my truck if I can get it to them. Great people. You should have Chad look at the alignment. He rents a bay from T&E.TruckerPete1990 Thanks this.

I have a guy that comes up from Mexico to Laredo for alignment and to spin balance my steers. He uses Bear alignment equipment and did the BEST three axle alignment I've ever had in the six years I've had my truck and I get it done every six months.
He also has a spin balancer to balance steers on the truck. The tire, rim, brake drum, hub and bearings get balanced as one piece and there isn't the slightest tremble in the steering when its done that way. He charges $250 for both. (I use balance beads in the drives.)

Does this sound like it has a belt noise to it?
-
Could be boy without being there it's hard to tell. Are you there looking at it or did they send you that video?
T&E is only about 4 miles away or so. -
They sent a video and i heard that noise im trying to get T&E to go look at the truck not sure if they will go to the dealer or not tbhRStewart Thanks this.

I'm not sure if they will but when you go to pick it up give yourself a little bit of extra time and take it by T&E. If it doesn't check out it's better to know then.
